The service

ConnectPros is an independent introduction service operated by Rayan El Assadi. It introduces organizations with specific business requirements to suppliers able to fill those requirements across US B2B markets.

Every introduction takes place by email. Buyers are never charged.

The written agreement

Each introduction is governed by a written agreement provided to the supplier. Every term stated on this site is repeated in the written agreement for each introduction.

The agreement states the fixed introduction fee. The supplier signs the agreement before making any payment.

Payment, delivery, and refund

The supplier pays the fixed fee by card after signing the written agreement and before the introduction. Stripe processes the payment.

ConnectPros delivers the introduction within one business day of payment by placing both parties on one email thread.

If ConnectPros has not delivered the introduction within five business days, the supplier receives a full refund.

What the fee covers

The fee covers the direct email introduction only. ConnectPros charges no commission or percentage on any resulting business.

ConnectPros does not guarantee a response, a negotiation, a contract award, or any other commercial outcome. A delivered introduction does not guarantee a contract.

Supplier confidentiality

The supplier must keep non-public information received through an introduction confidential and use it only to evaluate and respond to the relevant requirement.

The supplier may share that information with personnel or professional advisers who need it for that purpose and are bound by confidentiality obligations, or when disclosure is required by law.

ConnectPros does not provide legal, regulatory, procurement, financial, or other professional advice. Each party is responsible for its own due diligence, decisions, contracts, and compliance obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectPros’ total liability arising from an introduction is limited to the introduction fee paid by the supplier for that introduction.
